You’re doing more
than moving weight.
Getting stronger is a practice. It’s showing up, noticing what changes, and making small decisions that add up. Your training app should make room for all of it.
Train on your terms.
Build a program around your exercises, schedule, sets, reps and rest. Keep the control that matters.
Stay with the set.
Log what you actually did. Capture a quick note or say it out loud. Get back to the work.
See what’s adding up.
Keep your history, progress and observations together. Look beyond a single number.
A little note. A lasting difference.
Don’t lose
the good stuff.
That cue that worked. The grip you adjusted. The rep that felt different. Put it into words while it’s fresh.
Fullrep turns useful observations into timely Keep in Mind reminders and looks back across your training with 90-day patterns.
Helpful context. Still your call.“Took an extra breath before each rep. Much steadier at the bottom.”

What stays in your hands?
You choose to connect.
Access to your synced training is permissioned and revocable. The connection is separate from Fullrep’s in-app reminders and summaries.
You confirm changes.
ChatGPT can prepare target changes and new inactive programs. A separate human Save is required; it doesn’t silently change your plan.
The boundary is clear.
Health, bodyweight, sleep and Coach conversations aren’t included. Original training notes can contain personal details you chose to write.
The connection is being tested privately. There is no public ChatGPT listing or one-tap install available here yet.
